Each has its own character and, while the furnishings won't leave you breathless, the views are great: rooftops, the statue of lovers kissing in front of Town Hall, Toomemägi park and Old Town. Even the largest rooms have a charm and cosiness to them. They have three older apartments and eight recently completed, more modern ones. Some of these last ones are split level, with a fireplace or other touches. The staff, though scientific and liberal, are friendly and have evidently spent much time and energy thinking about ways to increase their guests' pleasure ..."
